This car is an absolute stunner! We acquired it directly from the estate of the previous owner, who sadly passed away. It's a genuine gem, complete with all its certification. In fact, it's number 16 of only 77 ever made. This Super Samuri would have never been available on the market.
Our Managing Director's brother lived near the previous owner and often saw this car at local classic car events in Suffolk. They would stop and chat with the owner, developing a connection. Unfortunately, the owner passed away in 2021, and the family made the difficult decision to sell the car in late spring 2022. Our MD didn't hesitate to seize the opportunity and bring it home, where it has remained ever since.
Although our MD cherished the car, he rarely finds the time to drive it. Hence, he believes it's time to pass it on to an owner who will truly appreciate and enjoy it, someone who will attend the events and 240z Super Samuri days, just as the previous owners did. This car was acquired as an investment due to its extraordinary rarity.
The Super Samuri is a bespoke creation by the talented Spike Anderson, who retired to Spain many years ago. His cars are simply stunning, and there is a tight-knit community of owners who share a special bond. Since our MD purchased this car, he has had interactions with a few of these passionate owners.
What matters most is finding a new home for this car that will love and cherish it as much as the previous owner did. Our MD made a promise to the family that it would find a good home. The car is in outstanding condition, with a vibrant red paint job that was chosen during a restoration process a few years ago. The interior is immaculate, and it drives like a dream, emitting a lovely sound.
The extensive history file includes old emails and a substantial stack of invoices and magazines. Of course, being a 49-year-old car, there may be some minor negatives. We have noticed a small coolant leak when the car is not in use, which will be rectified. Additionally, there is a slight pulling sensation when braking, likely due to a brake sticking from lack of use. These issues will be addressed.
Determining the value of such a car is challenging, especially considering its rarity. It's a striking and genuine Super Samuri, accompanied by certification to prove its authenticity. Viewing appointments can be arranged. The matte black paint can also be changed to the Samuri bronze if desired.
