Hi, here we have for sale my BMW 320d with 156000 miles on the clock, I have had this for a few months commuting to Bristol everyday but now need another 4x4. It hasn’t let me down but I have also spent a small fortune on it. It had an oil leak what would smoke as oil going onto the manifold, we found this to be the rocker cover ( common problem with these) so that was replaced with a new rocker cover and gasket but also at the same time an injector was replaced with a brand new Bosch one due to damaging it on the way out. It has had a full service. And has had front pads done. The car being the efficient dynamics is only £20 a year road tax and returns nearly 700 miles per tank of fuel dependant on how your right foot is. There is general damage to the car but the main bit is the drivers side front bumper what was hit previous to me owning it. It has never bothered me so never got the bumper replaced or repaired.
Also the stop start system doesn’t work, it comes up with a fault every time it tries to do it. It doesn’t affect the vehicle in any way but just wanted to make any potential buyers aware. I have searched the problem and apparently the battery can cause this as not enough power in the battery again it doesn’t affect the vehicle in any way. I have all the paperwork for the car apart from the V5, as you can see the car is on a private plate so waiting for DVSA to send the new one. So if anyone wants to buy there will be a receipt for the vehicle with both details exchanged for when it comes through it will get transferred across. Any questions please ask.
