I am looking to sell my Ford Mondeo Titanium X Sport 2.2 200ps with 129,000 miles on the clock. It has a valid MOT until November 2023 and drives flawlessly, serving as my daily vehicle since December 2022. However, I am now considering changing to something a bit different.
The car comes with several desirable optional extras, including a reverse camera, fully electric memory seats, and full keyless go, in addition to the standard factory Titanium X Sport features.
There are two keys available, and the service history is up to 120,000 miles. I have bills for previous work, such as the replacement of the DPF vaporizer and various other parts, as well as a new steering rack and power steering pump. The cam belt has been replaced at some point, as it currently has an INA belt fitted.
Recently, I installed new projector lenses and a new DS1, significantly improving the lighting during nighttime drives. The car's clutch and flywheel are in good condition without any slipping or knocking issues. I also fitted a Darkside short shifter.
The car drives smoothly, and its performance allows for a fuel economy of 40mpg. While there are a few imperfections due to its age, they are nothing too significant.
The car comes with a factory-fitted towbar, and the wheels have been freshly refurbished in ultra blue lagoon, with all four tires in good condition. Additionally, I have a gloss black set of 19-inch wheels with decent tires that can be included at a lower price if preferred.
Issues to note:
The passenger side auto-folding mirror doesn't fold.
The brakes are still in good condition but would benefit from a refresh.
The car was previously categorized as Cat N due to a dent on the driver's wing, which has now been replaced. I have pictures available if you wish to see the damage.
The rear anti-roll bar bushes could use a change.
