Mileage clocking. Returned the car immediately after discovering over 40,000 miles has been removed. They claim was a typo but no proof was provided to the contrary. Also promised a full refund but withheld £100 with no explanation even though they offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Also, claim full-service history but just 2 vague stamps. The owner made matters much worse with his poor attitude and outright refusal to provide a complaints process. Please make sure you go through all paperwork BEFORE handing over any money. A lesson learnt on my part is that they cannot be trusted. The car also has not been re-listed (no doubt as cannot sell with incorrect mileage). Be careful. Also has its own staff leaving Google reviews to negate any previous negative reviews.
